Curate-me.ai provides a managed multi-agent AI orchestration platform that enables developers to deploy, manage, and monitor AI agents. Our Service includes pre-built agents, observability tools, cost tracking, and API access.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of our Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

Our Service offers various subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Team, Enterprise). Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

  • Free ($0/forever): 5 agents, 100 executions/month, basic observability
  • Pro ($49/month): 25 agents, 10K executions/month, full observability suite
  • Team ($149/month): 100 agents, 50K executions/month, human-in-the-loop
  • Enterprise: Custom pricing, unlimited usage, self-hosted option, SLA

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
  • Use the Service to build a competing product
  • Exceed your rate limits or abuse the API

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Curate-Me AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The open-source orchestrator framework is licensed under MIT.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. API Usage

API access is subject to rate limits based on your subscription tier. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if you exceed your limits or engage in abusive behavior. Cost tracking is provided for transparency.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. AI OUTPUTS MAY CONTAIN INACCURACIES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CURATE-ME AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
